ADMIRE SURGICAL’s Operating Scissors is a surgical instrument for blunt as well as sharp dissection. It is also for cutting various structures and sutures. The basic structure consists of a ring handle, shank, box-lock, and blade. This operating scissor is either straight or curved, with different configurations in the blade: blunt/blunt, blunt/sharp, and sharp/ sharp.
Our operating scissors with sharp blades are ideal for cutting tough tissues and dissection. Whereas the blunt blades are suitable cutting materials such as sutures, tubing, or gauze.
Secondly, its specialized curved profile easily contorts to the dissected tissue. So, it helps to enhance the cutting performance of the instrument. Moreover, it increases the capability of instruments to maneuver around tight corners.
The supercut version of Operating Scissor also has serrated blades that securely grasp slippery tissues. Moreover, they also prevent tearing of surrounding tissue preventing damage. In addition, it includes ergonomic ring handles which improve control over dissection. Also has a lightweight and streamlined body that minimizes user fatigue.
Thirdly, all our Scissors are available in tungsten carbide variants as well to meet demands for increased resistance.
This Scissor includes a rivet screw joint with non-ratcheted jaws. This allows fast manipulation with ease. All scissors from Admire Surgical are manufactured from premium quality stainless steel with a satin finish to reduce glare. The instrument can be sterilized and reused.
