Firstly, the fenestrated blade of Biggs Retractor provides an excellent retraction at the distal end. Therefore, it allows better visualization of the operative area.

Secondly, the universal adaptor on the Biggs Mammaplasty Retractor is compatible with standard light sources. Furthermore, the strong curve of the retractor shaft allows for retraction adapting to the contour of the breast surface.

Doctors can start by placing the closed cone blades in the nares. Then, use the handles to open them slowly. We made the retracting edges of the speculum blades with a blunt outline to prevent tissue injury. In addition, the two blades have a large cone so you can view the nasal cavity clearly.
