We made the long blade of the Cottle knife with sharp cutting edges in order to incise soft nasal tissues with clean cuts.  In addition, you can use the two lateral edges to lift tissues smoothly to explore underlying structures. Its straight and short neck allows you to see the working edges in small spaces.
